Withdrawal from the purchase contract

Under Section 1829 of the Civil Code, as a consumer you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods.

What You Should Know

If you wish to withdraw from the purchase contract and return the purchased goods, you may do so within 14 days of receiving the goods. If your order was delivered in multiple shipments, this period starts on the day you receive the final shipment.

The returned goods should be unused, undamaged, and complete. Whenever possible, please return them in their original packaging with all labels attached and pack them carefully to prevent damage during transport.

How to Proceed

  1. Complete the form below. It takes approximately one minute.
  2. After submitting the form, you will receive a confirmation email containing your request number.
  3. Carefully pack the goods and send them to the address below. Please include the printed form with the shipment or clearly write the request number so that we can quickly match your return with your request.
  4. Please send the goods back within 14 days of submitting your notice of withdrawal from the purchase contract.

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will refund all payments received, including the original delivery costs corresponding to the least expensive delivery method offered.
