We are SEFIS moto s.r.o., with the company Trade register ID 292 76 713, located at Spojovací 182/11, Praha 9, Vysočany, 190 00, registered with the Municipal Court in Prague, section C, file 3 29328.
We operate an e-shop on the website www.sefismoto.cz
In order to provide our services, sell goods, and operate our website, we process some personal data.
The processing of personal data is governed primarily by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (“GDPR”).
I. Processing of Personal Data
A. Processing of Personal Data in the Case of Use of the Contact Form
If you request our products and services, we will work with your contact information that you provide us, primarily through the request form. These include: name, surname, email, phone number, your requirements regarding our products and services, and any other information you fill out in the request or provide us with during further negotiations.
For what reason?
We will contact you through these details for further negotiation regarding goods and services.
On what legal basis?
This is processing based on Article 6, paragraph 1, point b) of the GDPR – negotiations regarding and performance of a contract.
How long will we process personal data?
If we do not engage in further cooperation, we will process your data for no longer than 6 months from our last communication.
B. Processing of Personal Data in the Event of a Purchase
If you make a purchase from us, we will work with the data you provide us. These are mainly billing information: name, surname, address, e-mail, telephone number, information about the goods or information about you that you have provided us with in order to provide you with the requested service.
Why?
We need to process personal data in order to fulfill our contract - to deliver the goods and services to you. Through the contact information, we will also communicate with you regarding the status of your order, and in case of complaints or questions.
We will also further process personal data to fulfill our obligations that arise from law (mainly for accounting and tax purposes, or to handle complaints and others).
What is the legal basis for processing personal data?
This is processing based on Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b) GDPR - fulfillment of the contract and Article 6 paragraph 1 letter c) GDPR - fulfillment of legal obligations.
How long will we process personal data?
For the duration of our service and then for 10 years from the last provision of such service or delivery of goods.
C. Newsletters (Commercial Communications)
If you sign up for our newsletter or if you are a purchasing customer and have not prohibited us from doing so at the time of purchase, we will use your email address for sending our news.
What is the legal basis?
In the case of signing up for the newsletter, it is processing based on your consent, that is, based on Article 6 paragraph 1 letter a) GDPR.
In the case of being a purchasing customer, it allows us under section 7 paragraph 3 of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services, if you have not prohibited us from doing so at the time of purchase.
Consent is voluntary and can be revoked at any time.
How long will we process personal data?
2 years after the consent is given or from the last purchase. You can unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time by email or contact us at the email: info@sefismoto.cz.
II. User Account
If you have registered for our user account, we will process your personal data based on your consent, as per Article 6 (1) (a). The consent is completely up to you and is voluntary.
To set up the account, we process personal data that you fill in on the registration form - name, email address.
As part of the account management, we store data about your orders on our e-shop and personal information that you provide for your profile, such as name, billing and delivery address, telephone number and email address.
We will use the personal data for the management of your account and the provision of services during your use of the account. We will deactivate the account and delete the data if the account is not used for more than 5 years from the last purchase. You can also deactivate the account at any time (i.e., revoke your consent to the processing of personal data). In such a case, your personal data will be deleted.
III. Who will have access to the data?
Your data will stay with us. Nevertheless, some companies or self-employed individuals work for us and will have access to the data because they help us run our company. These include:
- companies participating in the shipment of goods (Zásilkovna, DPD, GLS, and WE/DO)
- companies participating in payment shipments (Comgate, Visa, Mastercard)
- companies operating the e-shop (Forpsi)
- poskytovatel e-mailingové služby (Active24)

IV. Your rights in relation to personal data processing

There is no appointed data protection officer in our company.
There is no automated decision making or profiling in our company.
The GDPR regulation gives you the right, among other things, to contact us and request information about the personal data we process, request access to this data and have it updated or corrected, or request a limitation of processing, you can request a copy of the processed personal data, request the deletion of personal data in certain circumstances, and in certain cases, you have the right to their portability. Given consents are always revocable, and objections can be raised against processing based on legitimate interest.
If you believe that we are not handling your data correctly, you have the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection or to address your claims to the court.
