Our Native Whey Isolate is made directly from fresh milk. After pasteurization and micro and ultrafiltration performed at low temperatures, it is converted into a powder in a special drying chamber. A special procedure allows the protein to fully retain its structure, the level of immunoglobulin (antibodies) and lactoferrin (which is part of the immune system).

WHAT IS LACTOSE INTOLERANCE?

Lactose or milk sugar is a complex carbohydrate making up 2-8% of milk solids. We need lactose primarily in infancy. This is one of the reasons why the adult body often stops producing the enzyme lactase, which is needed to break down lactose. This can lead to the development of lactose intolerance. At present, almost 75% of the world's population is lactose intolerant.

Recommended dosage: Mix one dose (25 g) in 200 ml of water or skimmed milk, consume 1-3 times a day (according to your desired protein intake). On a training day, it is best to consume one dose approximately 45 min. after training, another during the day as needed. On non-training days, consume one dose in the morning and another in the evening. The dosage depends on your body weight, physical activity and protein intake from your regular diet!
