Lifting the rear wheel is something that almost every motorcyclist has to do, but main stands are no longer a common feature of every motorcycle. If you need to lubricate the chain, find a puncture, or simply wash the rear wheel comfortably, you have no choice but to equip yourself with a stand. Full sized paddock stands are an ideal solution, but it is difficult to take them with you on the go. Especially for those who do not park in their own workshop or garage, they can be too large and unwieldy. All of these problems are solved by a SEFIS DB service paddock stand, which is stored in a practical case that can fit in a larger pocket.
Small but strong tool
With the help of a service paddock stand DB, practically anyone can lift the rear wheel of a motorcycle in just a few minutes. You just need to find a flat spot, for example in a parking lot, put the bike on its side stand, and use a dry zip tie to secure the front brake lever so that the motorcycle stays in place during lifting. The stand can be unfolded and its height adjusted in an instant. Then all you have to do is place it under the swingarm on the right side of the motorcycle, press down on the stand’s foot, and smoothly push down on the handle. Thanks to the principle of leverage, no greater force is required, and almost anyone can do it.
